CLAS & CPS: Get Some Sleep (You'll Thank You Later)

Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at 2:00 PM until 3:00 PMEastern Standard Time UTC -05:00

Everybody sleeps, but what happens when you don’t get enough of it?  We spend approximately 1/3 of our lives asleep, and decades of scientific research have supported the idea that both the quantity and quality of sleep affects, quite literally, every aspect of our physical, mental, and cognitive health.  In our discussion, I will briefly describe some of these relationships, and I will invite you to share your thoughts on how Villanova can promote sleep health, with the ultimate goal of improving your overall well-being.
