During this session, you'll gain insight into the rich academic experience and robust support network available to graduate students at Villanova University. We'll cover key research opportunities and funding resources, including Summer Research Fellowships, Conference Travel Grants, the Three Minute Thesis (3MT) competition and CONCEPT, the College's interdisciplinary peer-reviewed journal. We'll also highlight the academic and professional development support offered through the Center for Graduate Research and Education, the Writing Center, the Center for Speaking and Presentation and Research Communication Skills Workshops. Current students will share their perspectives on navigating academic life, pursuing research, and making the most of the resources available to them at Villanova. There will be dedicated time for Q&A at the end of the session.
